Healthy Fun!  Combining Yoga practice with Creative Expression!

I love to offer yoga~art (YogArt) classes and camps for children and teens!  This unique experience includes yoga, breathwork, songs, stories, games, earth-care and appreciation, creative expression and relaxation.  Some of our past creative expression projects include: multi-media sculptures, musical instruments, collaborative sensory mosaics, yoga mat decoration and mask making.

We just finished a 4-week YogArt Camp for Preschoolers.  Currently, there are no more YogArt Camps planned for the Summer of 2010.  Please contact me if you would like information on camps, classes, or parties...
