I am Krista Phillips, an educator with 7 years of experience teaching in the Montessori and Reggio Emilia traditions. After years of incorporating yoga, breath awareness and relaxation techniques into my classroom curriculum, I became a Certified YogaKids Facilitator, Certified Dharma Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level, and am a Certified Relax and Renew (Restorative) Yoga Teacher. In short, I believe that the benefits of yoga are readily available to people of all ages...
Currently, I am working with the children and families of Four Seasons Community School in North Austin. I also teach Restorative Sound Healing Yoga on Monday and Thursday evenings at Sacred Streams Yoga in North Central Austin. In addition to public yoga classes, I offer private yoga and meditation classes for people of all ages and abilities.
