I am Krista Phillips, an educator with 11 years of experience teaching in the Montessori and Reggio Emilia traditions. After years of incorporating yoga, breath awareness and relaxation techniques into the classroom experience, I became a Certified YogaKids Facilitator, Certified Dharma Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level, and a Certified Relax and Renew (Restorative) Yoga Teacher. In short, I believe that the benefits of yoga are readily available to people of all ages...
Currently, I am honored to be working with the children and families of Primavera Montessori in South Austin. I also teach Restorative Sound Healing Yoga on Monday and Thursday evenings at Sacred Streams Yoga in North Central Austin. In addition to public yoga classes, I offer private yoga and meditation classes for people of all ages and abilities.
